No. All downsizing guidance, packing, moving, and suite setup is handled by our own internal team — the same people you meet at your consultation. You'll never have strangers showing up you haven't been introduced to.
We provide end-to-end support — from downsizing guidance and home clean-out to junk removal, donation coordination, packing, moving, and full suite setup in your new home, including mounting TVs and hanging pictures. You can use as many or as few of our services as you need.
We work on an hourly model with a base rate of $75 per staff member per hour. Discounts may apply depending on the scope of services involved. We price this way intentionally — to be transparent and flexible to your specific situation, rather than locking you into a fixed package that may not fit your needs.
